Life Coaching is one of Letty’s strongest skills. She is often able to identify areas of her clients’ lives that may need attention, even if they themselves are not aware of any problem situations. Letty is usually able to give specific advice on how to begin changing her clients’ lives in a positive way. Often, as her clients begin to work on and to improve just one thing in their lives, other areas of their lives will also be beneficially affected.
Among other things, Life Coaching can help clients to learn to meditate effectively, to improve their communication skills and/or to manage anxiety. These processes can help a client experience personal improvement and growth.
As clients become healthier and more balanced they often will be able to accomplish more in less time and with lower levels of stress. Many learn how to prioritize their busy schedules while also making time for fun and self-improvement. They can learn to take charge of their own lives and to move forward to becoming the persons they want to be. As clients see themselves beginning to accomplish their goals, they often develop a new sense of power and self-worth.
